Your control room sees everything. Your operators see only what matters.
Gruntex is one platform for monitoring and armed response companies. AI checks every camera alarm before a person has to. Cameras, alarm panels, response officers, patrols and the back office all run from the same screen.
One platform instead of six programs and a WhatsApp group
AI alarm verification
Every camera alarm is checked for people, vehicles and animals within seconds. Empty frames, weather and insects are filtered out; real threats are ranked by risk.
How the AI works →Cameras without site visits
Hik-Connect cloud cameras connect with a key pair, with no port forwarding or static IP. Direct-IP cameras and recorders work too.
Cameras and Live View →Alarm panels and schedules
Olarm panels report every arm, disarm and alarm. Late arms and out-of-hours disarms are flagged; clients are reminded when they forget to arm.
Alarm panels →Response in the field
The Guardian app puts alarms, dispatches and randomised patrols in your officers' hands, with GPS, notes and photos coming straight back to the control room.
Guardian app →Your people, compliant
Staff records with PSIRA expiry tracking, a full firearms register, time and attendance, payroll and HR, in the same system as the alarms.
Workforce →The business that pays for it
Quotes, invoices, recurring billing, VAT201, a full ledger, stock and debtors, so the control room and the books never disagree.
Accounting →From signed to monitoring, without touching a router
Connect
Paste your Hik-Connect key pair, or add direct-IP cameras and recorders. Cameras and channels sync themselves and get assigned to the sites they protect.
Tune
Set each site's operating hours, what should raise an alert (people, moving vehicles, animals, fire) and who gets notified. Only the add-ons you need are switched on.
Run
Operators work one alarm queue with live video beside it. Real events reach your officers and clients with a photo; the noise never reaches anyone.
